With over 15 years of experience in various multinational corporations (MNCs), Mohammed Tajuddin and Sabbah Azam Gilani have established the Gilani Institute of Skill Pvt. Ltd. Both directors bring a wealth of knowledge and expertise to the institute. Mohammed Tajuddin has spent over a decade as a Branch Service Manager in several home appliance companies, where he mastered the core concepts of training and capacity building.

This experience inspired him to collaborate with Sabbah Azam Gilani to focus on training and placing unemployed youth in fields such as RACW (Refrigeration and Air Conditioning Works), safety, plumbing, electrical work, and basic computer literacy.

Our Mission

Our mission as entrepreneurs is driven by a deep commitment to giving back to society. We believe there is no greater service than equipping underprivileged individuals with the skills they need for employability. We are also associated with the Zakiruddin Gilani Memorial Education and Welfare Trust, which works with the Bihar Skill Development Mission to run various skill development centers in Bihar.
